If I was a grumpy git yesterday. As well as I'm doing things still bite me on the *kitten* some days and yesterday was what I term one of my 'bad brain' days.

Yesterday evening was not pretty. I ate a bar of lindt salted caramel, a bar of dairy milk (big bars) a toffee crisp, a pack of parma violets and two cans of coke. At the time it was a safety valve though and even my husband didn't comment and just sat quietly and watched TV with me

Today I'm not even remotely interested in it. I think it's out my system hopefully. I've ordered a *kitten* load of supplements I want to try for my joints. Some cod liver oil, glucosamine, green lipped mussel extract, rosehip and a good quality multivitamin with fruit and veg extracts and added vitamin d. I've also got some Epsom salts fornthe bath for magnesium. Fc it helps the tiredness and the joints so I'm less of a grumpy mare

And I know Sunday will be an off day as it's a family birthday meal as my baby is six on monday but I'm aiming for that to be my only off day this week as ive nothing on to prevent me doing so I'm gonna try a spot of hot choc powder in milk or yoghurt as my treats this week.

Bring on next week :)

Dunno why that posted while I was typing. Any who. hyalaunic acid or something is injected in joints during repair surgeries and such, but her chiropractor gave it to her to repair the cartilege and joint damage in her back. It is said to help repair joint and cartilage stuff, too. But it's not as commonly suggested. Just thought you might wanna look into it. I know I plan to do so.

Hyaluronic acid. Will see how I go with the stuff I ordered for now but will read up on it

The nutrition lady said if theres joint damage try green lipped mussel extract and I found it on a random vitamin sites sale bin and ordered 5 packs as its 12 pound a pack in holland and barrett. Now to wait on it arriving

Good. Never heard of it. Looking forward to update on your supplements... I'm always looking for natural ways to combat my concerns. I SOOOO need to address joint problems, so if you find one that works well, I'm all ears! :)
