First Cosplay - Need Ideas

There are a billion choices out there, but lets face it, most of them favour younger ages. Not a complaint - it's just reality. :smile: Maybe one day I'll work up the nerve to Sailor Moon but until then, I'd prefer age-appropriate. :smiley:

So what are some interesting character options for an adult male, tall & fit?

    You could totally do Tuxedo Mask. Shut up and put the cape on.
    Heck, when I think of things I want to cosplay, it's based off of what I enjoy, ie I'd really like to do Whitemane from WoW (it's the chapeau).
    Kimhari, Snow or Sephiroth from FF, Jack Skellington from Nightmare before Christmas, Captain America (there are never too many imo), Nathan Drake from Uncharted, Professor Xavier is over 6ft tall if I recall too, and fit.

    V (as in V for Vendetta) is always a fun cosplay. If you want something to show of you *ahem* physique, you could always go a Kevin Sorbo-esque Hercules. There's also a multitude of GoT characters to choose from.

    She has a really valid point about no capes. :grin: Doesn't mean they're still not fun for the non superhero pretending to be a super hero!

    I haven't done any cosplay yet and I want to keep it simple for my first. I plan to do Battlestar Galatica.
