    My goals include working out every day for at least 30 minutes, eat healthier AND within my calories!! (very tough for me!!), tighten my core, losing weight, and get rid of these dang love handles!!

    My goals are to work out at least 30 mins a day, to not be tempted to eat sweets when they are in the house, to lose at least 30 lbs and work on getting rid of my stomach fat (darn c-section).
