    A little pic from our hike today. This was one of the few flat portions of the trail and one of the few with boards to walk on. You will see a flight of stairs at the end of the boardwalk. Wound up doing about 4 miles in 67 minutes and Swati's Fitbit said we climbed the equivalent of 30+ flights of stairs! Not too bad for our exercise rest day. B)

    PS: This is part of the green trail at Cheesequake State Park if anyone in the NJ area is interested.
