Prepare yourselves!!

This week's goals is to walk as much as you can! Take the stairs whenever possible (it's always possible) and get moving as much as you can during the day!

List things where you can incorporate more walking below and stick to them :) Have a great week, we got this!

I can:
- walk to work
- get off one stop before my usual bus stop and walk
- take stairs
- be proactive and do things right away and get up to do them, even if I have to get up multiple times
