I would stay away from this one at the gym unless you have a very firm medium ball

1. Crunch w/the ball in between the legs added tension to the legs.
2. Push up off the knees on the ball was a fail not sure if it was deflated or if I didn't do it right ? I lost courage for this whole pin and tried a different one. I'll try this one again later this week and update here![:) :)](https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/resources/emoji/smile.png)
