Is there a difference? I noticed when i logged my strength training session on the FitBit site, it included my steps/distance in the entry, but when i did it from the app my steps/distance were not included.

Sure you logged a workout, and not an activity record?

@heybales you're right, it was an activity record. I just click "track your exercise" in the app, right?0

So Strength training does need to be manually logged as a workout - looking at just a snapshot of what Fitbit say with an activity record doesn't correct the calorie burn - which needs correcting.
So you did it wrong on the website, you did it right on the app.
Whatever options did that, app was correct.
For website, you click in the box to enter weights as exercise, fill in start time and duration, and let it give calorie burn estimate.0 -
thank you @heybales0
