Morning started off with Belly Soother Smoothies! It will take a little getting used to for me as its heavy on the Greek yogurt, low on sweetener. Lunch was soup. Didn't eat my snack, just because. Dinner was very good - Lemony Salmon, Potato, and Dill Bake! It is a bit heavy on the lemon, but still quite tasty! The trick now will be to resist my craving for bedtime chocolate snack.... hmm, will be interesting to see how that plays out!
Oh and I need to drink more water! This book does not focus on how much water to drink but I know it sure does help! The book is more about treating a sensitive tummy than strictly about weight loss. I'm into both!
