Avocados....
One of my favorite foods-- I can eat it alone even. I understand that it is a "good fat" but how much is too much? I've heard a whole avocado is okay to eat for a day, but I've also heard that a whole avocado is too much fat, etc.
Any input? How much is the right amount?0
