My legs are still tender from Monday and when I was trying to do the deadlift I felt my groin pull so had to stop....

I did the overhead presses and some inverted rows but that was it....It was a rubbish workout!

I've definately learnt that I need to take it slow....It wasn't Work A thats done this, after my workout on Monday I still had some time left so I went on the Leg Press Machine but using 110kg of weights...I'm paying for it now!

Gonna give the gym a miss now until next week....

    It happens. I still fail workouts, and I've been doing SL for close to a year now. As long as you go in and give it your all, you're doing good work.
