Hi there! I'm new too feel free to add me. I'm also looking for motivation & support. I'm currently in my fourth week of eating healthy & exercising. My advice is to try one new healthy thing each week. Like swapping candy with real fruit. My weakness was bread & I've swapped it out with a daily apple & Vega protein drink.0
