Balance?

I'm curious to know how everyone manages to balance everything!
School...work...children...significant others...working out...cleaning...cooking...sleeping...etc.
I am one of those people who can keep eerything together for a little while...but then I get over tired and I feel like I crash and everything becomes unbalanced again. What's your secret?!

    It REALLY helps me by writing my day out in a planner. "At this time this is what I'm doing, do not stray from it" and then my day is over before I know it and I've gotten everything done. It helps NOT to think about how much you 'dont want to do ______' and just do it. :)
