By Monday I want everyone to take pictures so you can see the progress you make. I also want you to weigh yourself. This exercise is going to be your baseline. I will give this to you periodically to show you that you are getting stronger and not to give up. These are high intense workouts which take from 30 minutes to maybe a hour if need be. Three things you should always do every day stretch, stay motivated and most importantly have fun. Make this something that you look foward to doing every day. This is not just a fad or something to do, this is a lifestyle change. I challenge you all to give it 100% and it will work for you. If you have any questions about the exercises or anything feel free to ask.
