This is a battle against time. Once you start your timer you must complete each exercise and the amount of reps. Remember to do each exercise correctly to get the best results. Log your time because it will be your baseline to see how much you have improved. If you have any restrictions (problems with joints) let me know and I will modify the exercise for you. #GetThisWork

STRETCH

Start the timer

30 squats
30 mountain climbers. (3 count)
30 bicycles (abs) (3 count)
30 overhead arm claps
30 crunches
30 calf raises
30 overhead arm claps
30 burpees
30 starfish crunches
30 high knees (3 count)

Stretch

Record the time it takes to complete the drill.

3 count is as follows 123-1, 123-2, 123-3, etc
