Hello all
Hope everyone is doing well.

I rode my bike to work today and didn't die. I really wasn't too bad at all.

Most "impossible" goals can be met simply by breaking them down into bite size chunks, writing them down, believing them, and then going full speed ahead as if they were routine.

    Alisa, I remember, when I first started losing weight. I was speaking with my brother about how huge this seemed to me. I wanted to lose 60lbs and it looked like a mountain. He told me exactly what your quote is saying, break it into small pieces, take it 5 pounds at the times... and it's so obvious now but it's like back then I haven't had the idea so I was very thankful for his advice.

    Kris, I celebrated your birthday today I had 2 pieces of cake! :open_mouth:

    I was planning on resting totally today but I did some hula hoop and jump rope. I would like to say "it was so much fun" eheheh actually, the hula hoop was but the jump rope !! It's really a kick *kitten* workout ! I will do it again for sure though. ;)
