Hello new to this technology but sure peaks my interest. I just got a vivofit2 wow talk about being lost. Been using myfitnesspal for 2 yes off and on introduced by my son. Easy plan for the most part. Can't seem to understand the balance of protein. Carbs and etc. Which gives the best outcome? I know carbs are tough on me. I have been sick for over 2 yes with stomach issues making it very hard for me to eat anything. Most of my calories came from fruits as that's what I was able to eat. I contacted hpylori at some point and took 3 rounds of anti biotics to clear it, and then I got cdiff from the antibiotics killing my good bacteria with the bad. So has been a battle. I think I am finally getting back to normal. Have had to re adj7st all of my eating. Proteins and veggies I'm fine with. Can't consume processed at all. Hoping I can finally get back my energy. Started selling last week. Doing 2 miles daily as of now been really tough as I wasn't able to stay up long enough to think about walking let alone doing it. This week is 100% better then has been in years. Now if I can get to comprehend all this vivofiit I'll be happy. Disappointed that not able to sync music with it. I saw fit it does. Ughhh think you got the best and something shows you you don't have it. Wanted to be able to go without using cellphone .

I use MFP's default protein & fiber goals as minimums, and ignore fat & carbs. It'll take trial & error to find what works for you.
The best weight-loss advice I ever received was to read the Sexypants post:
