So full, can barely eat 1800 calories!

i know it sounds like an enviable problem to have, but I sincerely have a hard time eating all the food I'm supposed to eat. 1800 calories is a whole lot of food when you're eating healthy. I actually run out of ideas for PFs and SCs for some reason. I hate cooking, so there's only so much I can come up with each day without repeating foods. Does anyone else have this problem? It probably sounds goofy, but I'm so full all the time I can't stand it! Will this feeling go away? Anyone have some good ideas about good combinations of things I can eat? Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks so much everybody, Patti

    Laughing cow 3 wedges=105cal, 6gram protein

    SmartCarbs
    Fiber One bar choc/pb, 90cal, 5g fiber, 1g protein
    Sweet Freedom® Ice Cream Vanilla, 1/2 cup, 90 cal, 4g fiber
    10 whole wheat crackers zesta, 120 cal, 1g fiber
    1 box raisins, 1.33oz, fiber 2 grams, 120 calories

    Most of these I only use occasionally. I have 4 PowerFuels and 3 SmartCarbs a day. I always make 1 smartcarb as a fruit. Hang in there! :)

    I have noticed lately that even when I wake up I'm not hungry anymore....I was on a plateau and did the meal switching for the last 2 weeks....I'm really not hungry til I finish my morning hour long walk....I eat because I know I have to in order to get all my food in spaced 3 hours apart...but
    Like you getting all the food in has become a chore.....
