I know I have kind of stolen this motto from Nike! But I think it's my new outlook!

Lots of people (including me) have tried to find ways to 'cheat' weight loss. Fad diets, articles in the news about what is good or bad for you, adverts for diet pills or a revolutionary way to lose weight without needing to cut back on food or exercise.

To be honest, I think it's all a lot of rubbish!

The best thing to do is just take a deep breath and jump into what you KNOW you need to do... eat less, move more. It's not the easiest option compared to swallowing a pill, but it's the one that actually WORKS. For me now this is the only way to go and I have lost 7lbs in 2 weeks on here :) Good luck to anyone doing the same.
