Now neither video shows the modification I wanted so I will attempt to describe. You basically are doing a push-up on your knees still in the with good form: abds tight no saggy hips and arms on medicine ball. So, you are doing on your knees basically. I think this is a good start. They are hard so if you can only do 4 like me still try just do 3 sets of 4 reps. You really work your triceps and who doesn't want better triceps?! Men and woman alike do!

Just try it...please! Even try on a basketball...or any hard ball...yes put air in it first if too soft! LOL!

Peace,
WW

These are killer for your chest as well. And it totally works your core since you are using your abs to keep yourself steady. OUCH!

Ack - a medicene ball is super small area - that would be like doing a triangle push-up. I have done them off ugi balls. I was looking for a vid to show that. I came across this one and I just have to post. She just ignores the dog for the most part but not always. Its cute.

Ok - this vid shows a person doing a push-up on the ugi ball. It's at about minute 10. And at 17:14, she does a different version where your feet are on the ball. The feet on the ball is actually harder than hands on the ugi ball because most of us perfer a much wider stance for our feet/knees than placing them on the ugi allows. I've also done them on a bosu ball. That spongy give of a bosu killed my wrists. I had to drop back to the floor. Personnally, my favorite push-up position - on the wall.
