In the weekly Warrior Mini-Goal Challenge focus on your short term goals.

Focusing on one week at a time, when the big picture seems too overwhelming. Small changes can bring on big results!!

Choose one or more things you want to work on for just this week. Don't set it too high or unreachable!!

Please, make sure your week works for you. Sun to Sat or Mon to Sun, whatever is YOUR week!

You can reach your main goal if you break it into small actionable steps. It could be as easy as 1-2-3!

1) Choose something you know you can do easily.
2) Add more difficult tasks to your plan.
3) These small steps will get you started, motivated & help build routine for long term success!!

    1. Bed - by 10:30pm 0/7
    2. Water - 5+ bottles a day 0/7
    3. Pool - 2 times this week 0/2
    4. Sorting and Packing - 30 minutes daily 0/5
    5. Green - 0/7

    Thanks Hearts for getting the new week started and the motivation <3 I am definitely moving on to plan B this week :)

    My weekly goals Monday- Sunday this week are:
    1. get back on track with staying in the green healthy food choices 6/7 days
    2. meditate 5/7 days

    Hello all!
    It's a plan B week for me too! Changing up goals a little bit:

    1. 10:30 bed time
    2. No snacking after 8:00 pm
    3. Go for at least 4 walks

    Hearts- Thanks for getting us started and for the reminder about plans. Great goals this week. I know you can make progress.

    Susan - smart to move to plan B. good choice for goals. you can get back on track.

    Mak- good switch up of goals and looking at what throws you off track. have a great week.

    I am not making any formal goals this week. still trying to figure things out and get back on track for more than one or two days. I will try to check in and report on how my previous day went. I guess that is my plan B. progress not perfection.

    I am pleased to report that I finally had a fully healthy choices day yesterday :) here's to another one today !

    Checking in and leaving my other goals behind for now, or at least for the end of this week. I'll reevaluate for next week. I think I'm complicating things too much with having to many goals. I want to focus on one or two and see if that lessens my anxiety. :#

    You all are the best!!!!

    Have a great weekend all :) Wow the weight is really dropping, amazing how dropping some of the less healthy foods and adding in more water and far less cals makes a shocking difference pretty quickly. Sodium drop for sure.......

    Hearts , fantastic news of 3 days binge free and that your successfully losing weight!!! Yay you!!!!

    This has been a good week for getting back to healthy choices for me with the exception of Thursday night when I didn't, and holy cow did that ever motivate me to quickly get back on the healthy path lol. Massive acid reflux and heartburn and headache starting at 4AM the next morning was a great reminder as to why I want to choose to make healthy choices!!

    Here's to a healthy and enjoyable weekend to all Warriors and a Happy Mother's Day tomorrow :)
