STRETCH!


1 minute jumping jacks
20 squats
10 burpees
10 mountain climbers (3 count)
10 starfish crunches
10 mountain climbers (3 count)
10 burpees
20 heel touches

Repeat for a total of 2 rounds

This 2 round circuit should be timed.

After you have completed all 2 rounds, STRETCH!!!.

Take your time and complete the exercises.  Don't get frustrated if you're tired because this is meant to get your muscle endurance up. If you need water, take a break and take a little swig. Post your time in the group to compare to others.
