Hi I am hoping to give this a try, i have some health issues and cardio is out..but hoping if i start light with weights on this i can manage- i love weight training- my question is i looked at the regime and am confused why it is called 5x 5 ?
so i am to do 3 of either A or B and 5 sets 5 reps? (oh that' s the 5x 5?) .. is this correct? thank you

    Hi, and welcome!

    Yes, it's 5 sets of 5 reps each.

    The program recommends three workouts per week, so Week 1, you'd do Workout A / Workout B / Workout A. Week 2, you'd do B/A/B. And so on.
