This is a 3 minute circuit:

10 Jumping knee tucks
Rest 10 secs
10 burpees
Rest 10 secs
10 starfish crunches
Rest 10 secs
10 push ups
Rest 10 secs

Repeat this drill as many times as possible within 3 minutes

Take a minute break when the 3 minutes are up!
Repeat this circuit 3 times.

STRETCH!!!!!!
