Good job girls ! I'm proud of us !
I too had a good day yesterday, 60 minutes walking, 45 yoga (think it was the best yoga session I ever did) and a 35 minutes strength.

Hey,
Yesterday after my lifting session, I shot my bow for a bit. Today is my cardio day so I did a fun 15 min HIIT this morning and this afternoon I'm going do my 30 min interval run. I might try to up my speed a bit but we'll see.
The bosses are taking us (the clerk's) out to eat today so I'm looking up the restaurant now to see what I'm going to eat.

I'm here. Having some back trouble. Probably pushed myself too hard and then I had little ones to take care of. Taking it easy, just walking. I should go soak in a hot bath.
