May 4th - May 10th Weekly goals

I am going to use this week to regroup and get myself back on track. I have been slacking and the scale is starting to go in the wrong direction because of it. I know what the cause is and lm working on addressing/correcting it. I have still been logging some of my foods but not all and just because I didn't log it doesn't mean the calories didn't count.
Goals
1. Log EVERYTHING!
2. get at least 7 hours of sleep
3. go for at least 3 runs this week. I have a 5k the the first weekend in June and want to trim 2 minutes off my last runs time.
