I realized that some things have more sugar than you would think... I thought a nutrigrain bar would be healthy but it actually has 12 grams of sugar in it0

I've been learning that some things have a lot more sugar than I thought. I was most surprised with how much sugar is in bread0

When I had a granola bar, I thought it didn't have any sugar in it until I checked the label and it had 13 grams of sugar0
