All of the ab workouts are 20 seconds per. Rests are 10 secs and breaks are 30 secs.

1 minute of jumping jacks
Bicycle
Rest
Heel touches
Rest
Flutter kicks
Rest
Side Plank (left and right)

Break

Starfish crunches
Rest
Mountain climbers

Break

Repeat 3 times
Time does not matter in this exercise.  You are just trying to do as many reps as possible in the 30 secs.

Remember the easiest way to cut weight is to drink Water and keep your heart rate up during work outs
