I must apologize to the Accountabillibuddies group. I started this group in March hoping it would help motivate me to get my act together, but I have done miserably and my weight today is my heaviest on record at 259.6 lbs.
There is a feature missing here at My Fitness Pal that I feel I need and that is email alerts for group activity. When someone posts to the group I want to receive email alerts as I find that motivates me to visit the group and to post myself, and hopefully to become more active in the process. But MFP does not support this feature and consequently I have gone days and weeks without checking in,
For this reason I plan to search for another forum to become involved with that supports this simple and important feature. Best to you all and I would appreciate a private message if MFP gets email alerts working. Thanks,
