Charge HR not syncing

Hey yall.

So just yesterday I upgraded to a Charge HR from a regular Charge. As I am loving the new plum one I have it does not seem to be syncing correctly with MFP, in fact, it's not syncing at all. I did remove my old Charge off of my account so they wouldn't be confused between the two, but now I am at a loss. Steps say I'm at zero and zero calories burned when at this point in the day after working out, my Charge would at least auto sync and show some form of exercise calories burned.

Any help?

    Did you try to disconnect and reconnect the two apps? If that doesn't work contact Fitbit customer service they are pretty nice to work with on issues you can't figure out.
