WEEKEND!
Challenge: Enjoy your Saturday but please make it an active one. If your Wednesday plans for the weekend need to be changed, no problem...there are lots of ways to keep moving. Gardening, walking with a friend, checking out a local farmer's market or going for a bike ride are a few of the many possibilities!
Alternative Challenge: Try a new exercise routine today!

I'm looking forward to hearing how people are spending the weekend! I'm going to a wedding today but I've found the hotel exercise room and will be doing lots of walking and exploring the area. Airports are good for walking too!0

Today we have a nephews bday party. Its pretty cold out so I'll do some walking in the store when i get his gift and then I'll walk around during the party instead of sitting. I did a new routine of zumba on our xbox it was a ton of fun with my 2 year old trying to copy everything. Will have to do it again throughout the week.0

Today will be my usual Saturday routine of Farmers' Market, workout at Curves, and prepping all the goodies from the market for the week. Because it's cool, I may be able to throw in a walk as well.0

First day here (I'll catch up in the next few days. Good excuse to get out of the car during a driving trip from Ohio to Texas! That's way too much sitting!!!! For today 5/9 I'll be walking my normal 5 miles, packing for the trip (2 weeks), loading the car, weed the garden and pacing in anticipation of the trip. Going to visit my family.0

Unfortunately Im stuck at work attetched to my computor by a headset for a 12 hour day!! I have parked at the far end of the parking lot and I took a walk on my break. I am alone for 3 hours at he end of my shift so planning on a few stretching exercises between calls!0

Had an amazing weekend. It was my 5th anniversary and Mother's Day. We spent a lot of time at the park hiking. So much fun0
