Hi! I joined NS a few weeks ago because of the support available there. I'm still learning about this website, and getting set up here. At NS I was jazzsmom, but that name was already taken here, so I'm jrp29646. I need support to lose weight and I plan to support y'all in return. Good to be here.

You will find this group has the same warm supportive non judgmental feel we had on the blogs of the old NS site...read the blogs you will get great motivation, tips and ur questions answered...we have all level of NS users here...some are new like you, some old timers and some off plan NS followers...welcome!
