Hi how have other people gone this week?

I've started the discussion because I'm in New Zealand so the week has just begun for me.

I'm really relieved about my loss this week because my weight is now technically in the 'overweight' range not 'obese', and I'm now under 90 kg. I was also away for work this week and so ate a lot of meals out.This was my personal goal for July but I might need to update it, but I still haven't quite made the challenge goal.

MFP starting weight: 259 (5 January 2015) (BMI 38.7)
Challege starting weight: 215
Current weight: 197.5 (89.6 kg) (BMI 29.7)
Challenge goal weight: 195
Ultimate goal weight: 143 (64 kg)

    I'm currently on holiday so unable to check-in this week. Roll on next weigh day though i'll hope to have lost a good bit by then! Congratulations on the change of BMI

    Started a new strength training program a week ago so up 4 lbs. And walking around like I have the world's biggest wedgie. Aah, I'd missed this feeling. :D

    I didn't weigh in on Monday because we ate at a buffet resto last Sunday and I know I am gonna see a lot of gain (what with the food and water weight in my body) the next day. I think this day is safe so I weigh in today. I am glad I waited because it is down 1.2 lbs from last week. Yey! You see I can be happy with a pound loss. A loss is a loss to me :)

    Lately, I. Cannot. Stop. Eating. I have lost over 50 pounds to date and I don't know if I have some weird hormonal stuff happening, but even if I make smart choices, I still can't stay out of the kitchen. At maintenance every day.

    A bit disappointed but not surprised. Last weekend I over ate (mothers day/potluck). Today was the first day Ive exercised in a week. I just got a promotion at work and for a few weeks i will have to start 4 hours earlier than normal. Feels like I have jet lag even though I haven't gone anywhere! Feeling better today so I hope this means my body has adjusted and I can get back on track.

    No significant loss yet, but I'm coming back down and at least I'm not gaining! :) I've been good about keeping up with running and weight lifting this week so hopefully I'll see results soon. I really enjoyed the water aerobics at the gym, and usually swim more afterwards. I'm also learning how to do different hula hoop tricks off Youtube! It's really fun and a great motivation to keep in shape.

    Hi Everyone,
    I lost 1 lb this week. I finally feel like I'm back in control (somewhat). Went out for dinner last night and we walked to the restaurant - 10 km round trip - woot! woot! major (physical) accomplishment. Still ate reasonably when I got there which is an even bigger (emotional) accomplishment.

    Here are my stats:
    OSW: 230 lbs
    UGW: 140 lbs
    SW for this Challenge: 182 lbs
    CW: 179 lbs
    W Lost in this Challenge: 3 lbs
    W Remaining for this Challenge: 17 lbs

    Down 1 this week! I had been lazy with my eating and closer to maintenance thus the stall on the scale. The end of the school year always does that to me (LOTS of treats and celebrations!) I'm realizing I probably won't hit my goal, but I'm going to get as low as I can! At least getting back into the mid-170's would be awesome!

    I finally lost two more pounds. (I have to confess I have been trying all that much the last several weeks, so I am thrilled with two pounds.)

    I have lost another half-inch from my waist.

    I think five more pounds will put me where I want to be.
