Hey!

Just realized that I have been going from bad to worse in the last few months. Used to weigh 139 pounds in college (I am 5' 6.5") and 2 years later, today I am 172 pounds. I realized I was going fat but my weight had stopped increasing at 160 pounds for the last year. But suddenly it increased quite a lot all of a sudden, with no change in my lifestyle. I guess, this was always going to happen with a sedentary office job.

So I resolved today that I am gonna start getting back into shape from today. This maybe a journal of sorts where I track my progress and where you guys can help me stick to the regime.

So with about 30 pounds to lose, lets get started!

Hope to see some real change! :D
