Question about exercise logging.

When I log my workouts on the Fitbit dashboard it gives me two options One is just the standard exercise IE: My most common entries are Martial arts and Horse riding-General. Then it gives me the same listing with (My Fitness Pal) added after it. So what is the difference and which is the better/more accurate selection?

The ones that say MFP are from when you logged them in MFP and they came over as workouts. Those won't be in the database, so you would have to enter your own calorie burn, not benefiting from Fitbit's database. Or it'll assume a walking/running calculation on it, totally wrong.
Use the Fitbit listings where it says calories burned is optional - meaning it'll figure it out given the other info.0
