Fitbit adjustments on MFP

when you do an exercise and it logs the calories on the Fitbit will that sync up to MFP or do you have to manually input it.
Is the Fitbit adjustments just for steps taken!
I do see a Fitbit adjustment but the calorie adjusted does not mach up to the calories I did as exercise on the Fitbit.

Adjustments are the difference between your Fitbit burn (which is TDEE) and your MFP activity level.
If (and only if) you enable negative calorie adjustments, eating back your adjustments means you're eating TDEE minus deficit: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/account/diary_settings0 -
