May 11th - May 17th weekly goals

I didn't gain but I didn't lose last week. Better then going up again.
Also looking forward to getting rid of my car before it finally dies on me. We went Friday and bought a new (used) car which I think my husband will be driving and that means I will get the new (2015) which we bought the end of November. He racks up so many miles that in 6 months we have had it we already hit 15k and we drove it off the lot with 9 miles on it. Right now waiting on the mechanic to give it a once over before transferring everything.
This weeks goals
1. Drink 8 glasses of water a day
2. Get at least 7 hours sleep a night
3. Finish cleaning out the chinchilla room which has become my catch all for everything I don't have a spot for.

Well I did well with my goals last week. The only day I went over on calories was yesterday in celebrating Mother's day and my daughters birthday. Because everything eaten i went up a bit from yesterday but hopefully I should lose that pretty quickly.
My goals for this week include.
1) drinking lots of water( the last couple of days i have not had as much as I normally do) so I need to get back on track
2) walk/run 20 miles
3) add a new exercise into my routine
4) get plenty of sleep0 -

1. Lose weight some how..will weigh Tuesday
2. Planks and jumping jack daily
3. No eating unless at dining room table
4. Under net calories

Up and down same pound for three weeks but finally down 0.5 today... Photo above is yesterday ten mile bike ride0

Lost 2.5 pounds last week. Very happy!
This week's Goals
1) Drink 10/8oz of water - 7x
3) Walk 12,500 = 5miles for me - 7x
4) Make menu for the week - doing it on a daily basis the night before
5) Smile and be positive!

Swam in rough open water yesterday for almost a mile, then sat in big chair and ate mindlessly while watching tv.... Did not plan the after extreme exercise meal well..

Well..... So-so week
1. Half a pound down
2. Planks... Too sore for every day but did a lot this week with low impact jumping jacks
3. A couple of evenings eating in big chair but better
4. Not under net .. Maybe 50%... Ate out poorly
Starting my walking to running so motivated to do better this next week....0
