Achieved goal for day one: To log my food no matter what it was I ate.

Goal for day two. I will not buy chocolate after I drop the kids at school
I will make myself some tea, dinner for you US peeps
I will log my food

    Thankyou hon. It all still feels massively far off but small steps. Trying not to get ahead of myself but I had rough ideas of goals for day three if I hit tomorrows goals

    Honestly, depending on how you're feeling, I would say allow yourself only to buy the smallest chocolate, if you have to buy any... Then more forward to not buying any. Chocolate is a HUGE addiction to break... I still have it with cocoa powder on my WOE... (hugs)
