CC1RN I am a work at home nurse. I have MS so exercise is difficult for me but I have to lose weight because I need to get healthy. I used to weigh about 320 and lost down to 220 but recently the weight has been creeping back on. My adult son moved back home a year ago after his divorce and the weight started there. He is also now using MFP and trying to get his weight under control. Hoping to find my twin!

Hello! Congrats on the weight loss you have achieved, especially while battling MS! I am also a 6' tall nurse, 178.9 lbs & restarted MyFitnessPal today by joining the premium version so that I could more easily try carb cycling. I just turned 55 this last Feb. I still work FT, but am pretty sedentary @ work. I am trying to move more @ work. We are on 20 acres with a nice sidewalk, so I should be able too. It is finding time when I have to do so much charting @ work & home. I have been a hospice nurse for 27yrs. I am moving to a QUAPI position in June that won't require sitting in the evenings to chart also. I hope to stand more @ work when I am reviewing charts.
