I'm basically resetting myself and starting anew. I've just spent 11 days walking the Cotswolds and I want to continue exercising and not lose what advances I made. I am committing myself (you can stop reading here if you like - LOL) to exercise daily 20 minutes minimum and logging onto MyfitnessPal daily to monitor my intake. Wish me luck.
