Do you have a goal for this week? Do you have several for yourself?
List your goals on this page for this week (Wednesday May 13-Tuesday May 19)

Here are my goals this week!
* Drink 64oz water each day
* Stay under calorie goal each day(1700)
* Walk minimum 20minutes each day
* Strength train 2x
* Run 1 day (min 20min combine into walk)

    My goals for this week:
    • Log my food daily
    • Drink at least 64 oz of water each day
    • Exercise at least 5 days (already met so Fri-Sat is bonus time)
    • Stay positive!!

    Reached all goals except for walk each day. Life's been hectic.

    Down to 213.8 :)
