I know I know I should be using Shakeology but I just can't justify the expense (please don't scold me). I'm struggling with how to calculate the Vega One shake? Red? Green? Anyone help me with this?

    I don't use that but I use a whey protein and I call it a Red (It says that in the food list)

    @mrsewert @dkwi04 is right. Think of it like this, if you were using Shakeology, you'd be buying the vegan version, right? And that would still count as a red, right? So there you go! :)
