No exercise today. I kept contemplating a walk, but it never happened. Since I had a few days to play with, I opted to eat over my calories today. I'm still planning to reach my Green goal for the month.
May this 2nd half of the month be better for all of us!!!0 -

I'm away from home, supporting my friend. Her husband had a quadruple bypass a few weeks ago - and now she has fallen and broken her leg. Exercise may be a challenge - and therefore staying green! But I shall try.0 -

@R_Queenie You crack me up! Ha, ha, ha, ha. No one would ever consider me perfect as it relates to exercise. I can be so lazy when it comes to exercise some would consider it pathetic. Ha, ha, ha, ha. I'm trying to stay more focused now because I have to get ready for a mud run in August and a half marathon in October. Poor me.0 -
