Santa Fe Style Chicken
liked this one, it was a little watery, I may remove the plastic for part of the heating cycle to thicken it up or add a LE of Instant Rice partially re-hydrated with 1/2 the water before heating so it picks up the flavor and thickens the broth. I will reorder this one once I use up the other two.

Hey RogerToo- I receive this yesterday and haven't tried it. I usually buy all frozen, but decided to try 1 of each new product. I'll let you know what I think next week. I like your idea of heating more to reduce liquid. I may try that and have it with a Carb Balance tortilla and make a burrito. The rice sounds good too, but it would be over my allowance. The tortilla may be to much too. I'll just have to see what else I have on the menu that day.

    Hi LK
Why not have 1/2 of the Tortilla? Trim it into a square or trim off one end?
I do order all Frozen too. But I add the Shelf Stable foods to try A La Carte as the list price when shipped with my AutoDelivery order is much cheaper due to the 20% discount and then I stack that with the 40% discount from using the On Sale NS Gift Cards I bought ahead. It ends up at around 48% of the displayed price. I usually buy A La Carte to balance the foods since I end up with more of one meal due to buying surplus food from other people.

    Cheers

RogerToo- Good idea about the tortilla. I usually only have them if I have a sandwich where I eat the meat and not the bun.

RogerToo-Had this last night and it was very tasty. I didn't mind that it was too runny. Since you had told us it was on the runny side I picked cauliflower as my veg. I mashed some of the cauli and mixed it right in with the dish. Definately not taco or burrito consistency but still good.
