Good morning everyone! My legs are so sore today. It must be the lunges because that's the only thing I've been doing out of the ordinary. I can't believe 40 lunges can make my legs feel like this. It's a good kind of sore though. You know? The kind of sore that tells you you're doing a good job. I like it, but I think I'll take it easy today. We're getting ready to go to the beach in a few minutes so my plan for the day is to stay under my calorie count and do at least 1 set of 3/20's. Staying under my calories is going to be difficult because we'll be eating out twice today. :ohwell: Wish me luck!

Good morning! I did great yesterday. Did 3 sets of the 3/20's and added leg raises to those as well so I now call them the 4/20's
I also got in some pilates and ran around like crazy at work so I got in some good calorie burn. Stayed under my calories also.
Today I already got in my 2 sets of the 4/20's and did some pilates. The plan for the rest of the day is to burn calories waitressing and stay within my calories.

Got in my hour of Vinyasa yoga this morning. Every time I think I'm going to finally just nail that class, she comes up with new and inventive ways to torture us. :laugh: I probably literally spent 40 minutes of a 60 minute class in either lunge or chair poses, so I'm totally counting that as my lunges and squats for my 3/20. I'll do my crunches tonight. My inner thighs ALREADY have that wobbly feeling, so I'm guessing I'll be pretty sore tomorrow. :grumble:
Beyond my crunches tonight, I'm aiming to stay within calories and actually get to bed on time for a good night's sleep.0
