I'm a SAHM to a wonderful 7 year old boy and a gorgeous 4 year old girl.
I'm married to an amazing man who sacrificed much by working in another country. The last four years or so he has been on a 10 on /3 off contract (that's 10 weeks in Angola and 3 weeks home with us).
I'm not going to lie to you, it's been a challenge and my eating habits have taken a knock.
Looking for friends in a similar boat. If your spouse works away from home, and is gone for lengthy periods at a time , please add me
