Hi,

We are moving soon. A lots of things to give away. So today, most of my workout will be bringing stuff from the basement into the car! :)

    That will be a good workout! How far are you going?

    Busy day today. Had a wonderful church event then had to work and teach a class. Hope to get in some strength training tonight but if not, it's been a good week.

    Not going far, my boyfriend sold his house and we are moving in a appartment for a while to give us time to look for OUR place in the woods ;)

    I also did a 40 Minutes of yoga. Feeling great !

    Did 22 min of strength training and 25 min of cardio
