Good Afternoon MFPals! FYI - Look on the right side of your Home Page and you will see hellohealthy, click view all. Then you will see a ton of info from recipes, workout info, articles similar to the NS DD, if not better, etc. Plus, all of the info is saved by the months......Check it out!
