Have any of you ladies read this book by Lysander TerKeurst? I just downloaded it & ordered the participants guide. It sounds like just what I need to focus on the spiritual side of this addiction with food.

    I have heard of it but not read it. When I get home to Ireland I'm definitely getting the Love Dare book and Made to Crave.
