Don't forget to post your starting weight and then your weight on Monday so we can determine the biggest loser for the week. I am going to use last Monday's weight for my starting weight.

Okay I will use this as your starting weight for week one. We will announce the Biggest Loser next Tuesday since we will have a weight we can use for comparison.
I weighed in at 168.4 today from 174.6 which is a loss of 6.2 pounds. I have never lost this much in a week.

Thanks keekee! I'm gonna have to slow it down this week. My right foot is in alot of pain and swollen, so I need to rest it ><
