Flex and splints

I wear splints at night on both wrists. It makes my flex pretty uncomfortable. I have to wear it looser and push it up my arm so it sits above the splint. It was bruising my arm. I found that if I turn it to the inside of my arm, which seems flatter than the outside, it's a bit more comfortable. Anyone else have any other ideas?

I got a clip from Shapeways. It's much more comfortable at night now.
